• Submitting misleading, illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Background redirects, hidden frames, or forced page loads

Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice.

4. Website Review and Approval

PlusiMax reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any website submitted to the platform at its sole discretion.

Websites deemed inappropriate or risky may be excluded from the surf system.

5. Credit Usage

• Credits are virtual and may only be used within the platform
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Fraudulently earned credits will be revoked

6. Service Suspension

PlusiMax may suspend or terminate the service temporarily or permanently due to maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

No compensation or liability shall arise from such suspension.

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the user (“Buyer”) and the platform operator (“Seller”) via www.plusimax.com.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations regarding digital promotion and visibility services purchased by the Buyer.

3. Service Description

PlusiMax provides digital promotion, user acquisition, and visibility services for websites.

All services are intended for advertising purposes only. No SEO ranking, sales, or conversion guarantees are provided.

4. Order and Payment

The Buyer purchases services through the platform and completes payment. Service begins after payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital services that start instantly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has begun.

6. Refund Policy

Refund conditions are defined separately in the Refund Policy page.

7. Disclaimer

The Seller is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Enforcement

By completing the payment, the Buyer agrees to this contract.

All services provided by PlusiMax are considered digital services.

• Orders may be canceled before the service starts.
• Once the service has started, refunds are not available.
• In case of technical failure or non-delivery, refunds or credits may be issued.
• No refunds are provided for user-related errors.

PlusiMax reserves the right to review refund requests.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Agreement defines the rules, conditions, and calculation methods of the referral (invitation-based) earnings system offered on the PlusiMax platform.

All users who register on the platform are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

2. Definitions

• User: A registered member of the platform
• Referral: A user who joins the platform through another user’s invitation
• Downline: Users under a referral in the network
• Monthly Earnings: Total eligible credits earned by a user within a specific month
• Referral Earnings: Credits earned from downline users

3. Monthly Earnings Calculation

Monthly earnings are calculated separately for each calendar month.

• Calculation period: From the 1st day of the month to the 1st day of the following month
• Each month is evaluated independently
• Referral earnings are calculated and credited at the beginning of the following month

4. Included and Excluded Earnings

Included:

• Purchased credits
• Credits earned through traffic exchange (surfing)

Excluded:

• Daily login bonuses
• Gift credits
• Credits assigned by administrators
• Referral earnings

5. Referral Eligibility Requirement

To earn referral income, a user must:

• Have at least 3 (three) direct referrals

Users who do not meet this requirement will not earn any referral income.

6. Referral Depth Limit

• Referral earnings are calculated up to a maximum of 5 levels
• Level 6 and beyond are not included in calculations

7. Earnings Calculation Method

Referral earnings are calculated individually for each downline user.

Rule:

• Earn 1 credit for every 10 credits generated by a downline user
• Fractions are not counted

Examples:

• 27 credits → 2 credits earned
• 9 credits → 0 credits earned

Total earnings must NOT be summed and then divided.

8. Performance Requirement (Earnings Restriction)

A user can earn from a downline only if:

• Their own monthly earnings are equal to or greater than that downline user’s earnings

If a downline user earns more than the parent:

• The parent cannot earn from that user
• The parent also cannot earn from that user’s downline

9. Independent Evaluation

Each referral relationship is evaluated independently.

Failure to earn from one downline does not prevent earning from others.

10. Separation of Referral Earnings

Referral earnings:

• Are NOT included in monthly earnings calculations
• Are NOT used in future earning calculations

Only purchased and surf-earned credits are considered.

11. Active and Passive Users

• Users with monthly earnings are considered “active”
• Users with zero earnings are considered “passive”

This status may be visually indicated on the platform.

12. Messaging System

Within the referral system, users may:

• Send messages ONLY to their uplines and downlines

Rules:

• Messages are stored for 1 year
• Unread messages can be deleted by the sender for both parties
• Read messages can only be deleted from the sender’s side
• Email notifications may be sent for each message

13. System Security and Abuse

The platform reserves the right to take action in cases such as:

• Creating fake accounts
• Attempting to manipulate the system
• Using multiple accounts
• Abusing the referral system

In such cases:

• Earnings may be canceled
• Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated

14. Right to Modify

PlusiMax reserves the right to modify the referral earnings system at any time.

Changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect immediately.

15. Disclaimer

Referral earnings depend on user performance.

The platform does not guarantee any specific level of income.

16. Enforcement

This agreement becomes effective once the user starts using the platform.
