These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the PlusiMax platform operated by PlusiMax, located in Ankara, Türkiye, through www.plusimax.com and its subdomains.

By accessing, registering, or using the platform, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Scope of the Service

PlusiMax is a digital traffic exchange platform that allows users to earn credits by visiting other users’ websites and use those credits to receive visits to their own websites.

PlusiMax does not guarantee:

Traffic quality
SEO performance
Search engine rankings
Conversions, sales, or revenue

All services are provided on an “as is” basis.

2. User Obligations

The User agrees that:

They are solely responsible for the content of websites added to the platform
All applicable laws and regulations will be respected
The platform will not be used for abuse, manipulation, or unlawful purposes

3. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial traffic
Use of proxies, VPNs, or multiple accounts
Exploiting system vulnerabilities
Submitting misleading, illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
Background redirects, hidden frames, or forced page loads

Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice.

4. Website Review and Approval

PlusiMax reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any website submitted to the platform at its sole discretion.

Websites deemed inappropriate or risky may be excluded from the surf system.

5. Credit Usage

Credits are virtual and may only be used within the platform
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Fraudulently earned credits will be revoked

6. Service Suspension

PlusiMax may suspend or terminate the service temporarily or permanently due to maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

No compensation or liability shall arise from such suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlusiMax shall not be liable for:

User-generated content
Any direct or indirect damages arising from visits or traffic
Claims made by third parties

Users use the platform entirely at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, logos, and content related to PlusiMax are the exclusive property of PlusiMax.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications

PlusiMax reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
